Automatic Cartoning System With Pick-N-Place Cartoning :
  • Fully Automatic Cartoning System includes Infeed Conveyor, Preformed Carton Feeding from Carton Magazine, Carton Forming, Bottom Flaps Folding & Bottom Typing, Bottom Layer pad Insertion, Matrix Forming, Cartoning by Pick-N-Place, Interlayer Insertion Top Layer Pad Insertion, Top Folding and Top Sealing with BOPP tape, Evacuation of Cartons all Automatic.
  • Pick-N-Place unit is driven by AC SERVO DRIVEN MECHANISM in order to have smooth operation and flexibility to increase or decrease number of layers, if required in future. This provide lot of flexibility for utilization f system loading into the requirement of frequent change in market demand of packaged containers.
  • Servo Drive is provided for precise movement of distributor system for Matrix Formation for accurate distribution considering the high speed of line.
  • Pneumatically actuated three jaws grippers with "FAIL SAFE" mechanism in case of power failure and low air pressure.
