Automatic Cartoning System With Bottom Loading :
Bottom Loading Cartoning System
is recommended for single layer Cartoning speeds upto 8 Cartons / min.
System consists of
Row Forming Mechanism with Row Pusher
to enable to form required Matrix onto the Stripper Table, which goes down fully & the stripper table is closed automatically to receive the next matrix.
Case Forming :
Empty carton fed manually onto the magazine are automatically formed by suction grippers.
Case Loading & Sealing :
The formed matrix is pushed upwards into the formed carton by a pneumatic cylinder. The bottom minor flaps of the cartons are then closed pneumatically and the carton is ejected perpendicularly from the loading station to the flap closing and sealing station by the ejector cylinder, where BOPP Tapping and evacuation onto the ruller conveyor takes place.
