Complete Turn Key Project for Grease Processing (Lithium, Calcium & sodium based capacities 2 Tones to 10 Tones per day).
FOR Li GREASE :
  • Li Grease is cooked and transferred to the Cooling Kettle after cooking operation is over.
  • Automatic controls & timers are provided for automatic operation.
  • Already cooled & prepared Grease is passed through Milling Cycle and then filled in the Barrels / Pails.
  • Thus guaranteeing production of Li Grease without separation of oil and the International quality Li Grease.
  • For Ca Grease, Process is almost the same.
  • Separate Deacrator, Milling for Li & Ca Grease and also separate filling lines for Barrels as well as Pails, considering simultaneous processing of Li & Ca Grease, assuring required capacity of Li & Ca Grease, ensuring the cleaning process by using the same filling machines for Li & Ca Grease is simple.
