Vacuum
Distillation Process with Clay Treatment is a process totally different
from evaporation with clay treatment. The later process is certainly
cheaper by way of machinery but definitely expensive in terms of cost
of production and the quality of product.
Coagulation
system by using Dressing Vessels together with slurry Kettles,
Preheater, Primary Filtration followed by Rotary Vacuum filtration
system included.
Scope
includes technical Know-how, Basic & Detail Engineering, Plant
& equipment supply, Supervision of Plant Installation &
Commissioning, Manpower Training.
Raw Material required:
Used Oil, Poly electolytes, Clay & Such Other additives (Only for pre treatment before filteration depending on the quality and Impurties present in Used Oil).
Finished Products :
- Lube Base Stock.
- Heavy Residue as good as Lubricant (5 to 10%).
By-Products :
- Light Oil as good as Diesel Grade Fuel Oil.
- Bituminous Sludge (2 to 3%).
