Characteristics
Pack infeed and collation conveyor to present incoming product in the correct position for picking linear movement driven by gear motors controlled by inverters and positioning controlled with encoders. Anti fall device for lift trolley. Option of 2 picking heads vacuum cups or grippers to suit the type of product to be handled. 270Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Âº rotation of the picking head driven by motor. Integral electrical enclosure cabinet CE compliant, and control panel complete with operator push buttons controls. Graphic display with touch screen function key board, complete with diagnostic program. Safety guards in compliance with CE regulations.

Optional Equipment
Special picking heads to suit handle specific product, including the multiple transfer of products. Pallet conveyor suitable for truck lift unloading. 15 pallet capacity pallet destacker, to store, separate and dispense a single pallet. Layer card inserter, utilizing vacuum cups on robot head, with adjacent storage. Version for simultaneous service a number of lines with different products.
